I am giving 1 star due to the lack of service my husband and I got from our advisor Robert Morales. We took our car in due to a recall. Six days later we finally get it back. He would not answer our calls or texts. Said he was to busy. Now there is a good part to our review. His name is Brandon Bradford. He is the porter in the service area, and the only one who actually helped us. He went out of his way to let us know what was going on. I would give him 5 stars!!!

My expectations were met and surpassed. Alberto was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was sensitive to our needs and made sure we were able to move forward with our travel plans. My car was fixed and shiny clean as promised. I couldn't be happier with this dealership!
Slowest place ever! Do not come to this location. It took almost 3 hours to have a nail removed from my tire. I told the representative that I am currently BREAST FEEDING and there was literally a human depending on me. Most insensitive establishment ever! I would give them never stars if I could.
the service man that handled my car was informative and friendly. the dealership looked great and the wait was short. I was a walk in for a oil change and had no issues. I am happy I have a Cadillac so I can continue to go to this dealership.
Had a very bad experience. We told salesman what exactly what we wanted to see and the price we wanted to see and were shown two vehicles that didn't match our request after waiting 90 minutes.
Fantastic dealership! l leased my car there a while ago and it was all super easy. I got my first recently and it was all great. Will asolutely get my next car here.

The new place is amazing, the service is outstanding, the mechanics shop is clean and very organized. The place looks better than the MB dealership. That is the reason I drive is a Cady!
