Susan Rossell in Ken Grossman's State Farm Office (Glendale, Az) provided a pain-free visit when I recently changed insurance carriers and bundled my auto/renters insurance with State Farm. The result of a tedious, on-line search for insurance quotes was a very friendly and positive voice message from Susan inviting me to make an appointment at her nearby office because she was confident she could save me money by changing to State Farm. Her customer service skills are excellent! She spent an hour with me answering all my questions about the difference in coverages, then providing options that applied to my needs and fit my budget.
