R&D was the company that installed ductwork in our brand new house. Quickly after moving in we realized the system was \canning\ when it turned on and off which sounded like thunder. Michael came out and fixed everything and now there is absolutely no noise. He was knowledgable, friendly and very professional. He took the time to explain several things to me. Would absolutely recommend asking for him.
