Kforce has unprofessional and terrible business practices. Job descriptions are not transparent, and the hiring process is also very manipulative. Recruiters share candidates' information with other candidates without their permission. Management is highly irresponsible, and will make your life miserable. They are not to be trusted at all. Of course they publicly invite to talk to HR, because they want to clear their unprofessional public image. But, multiple times people have connected their irresponsible and unprofessional HR, who ignored the issues and also made some personal and unprofessional comments to them. Even their reply to this review proves them to be big bullies. Kforce is the loser of all times. This deceptive business should be closed down.

I recently had an interview, arranged through Kforce. After the interview, the recruiter copied and pasted the interviewer's feedback and sent it to me. Obviously, this is completely unprofessional--but even worse, the interviewer's feedback wasn't just about me, but also about the other candidate--and his name was included! I've never seen anything so unprofessional.
