I would travel hundreds of miles to allow my pets to be cared for by the people in this practice. Everyone is amazing. They truly embrace the name, Kindred Spirits. They are thoughtful, intelligent, creative, and actually listen to you and to your pets so that the treatment given results in the best possible outcome for everyone. Dr Hanks maintains a staffed that has the same passion, for dog care as he does. We entrust our fur daughters lives with him wholeheartedly. We know he cares for their well-being as we do and he shows his love to them every time he sees them. He is wonderful and compassionate with us as parents to his patients. We love Dr Hanks and wouldn’t want to ever go anywhere else. You will notice when you bring your pet to see him he will be the one sitting on the floor with your dog.
Everything was superior ! Clear compassionate communication was reassuring, location was easy to access with clear signage, responsive appointment scheduling, very supportive follow-up. Professional yet warm & welcoming demeanors from everyone. My pet felt loved and received amazing eye care.
