CNNH was able to provide answers to our family that no other provider had been able to. They worked with us and were able to quickly bring our child in for an evaluation appointment and worked efficiently and methodically to find the diagnoses that we were desperately in need of. I am so grateful for their pleasant staff, the availability of providers and commitment to my child's health and well-being. Even though the intake paperwork is agonizing it is truly worth it for the care and concern displayed during that initial intake evaluation appointment. If you have been waiting for answers, I would encourage you to give them an opportunity to help. The existence of the King Of Prussia office is a great help and option for an alternative location considering where we live.

If you value your health or your child's health you need to look elsewhere because I assure you these people do not. The process to get an appointment is agonizing. You need to fill out an online form and there is no follow up. When you call you are bounced around through an automated phone system. They call you back from a call center in another time zone at the most inopportune times as almost to avoid you or perhaps delay you. After 8 days of this phone tag game I finally got a voice who said, \I'm sorry but it hasn't even been 10 days\! Really? I've got a serious health concern regarding my 12 year old! I strongly suggest going elsewhere as these people lack compassion. FOLLOW UP: We finally got an appointment and the booking and billing department are grossly incompetent, but that is not the worst part. They schedule us for a \Quotient Test\ so we go to the Wall Township office. This is a computer generated test that took 15 minutes. After the test we need another appointment with the doctor which took a few more weeks. Here's where it becomes unbelievable. We meet with Dr. Roger Kurlan, my wife and me along with our 12 year old daughter. The \Doctor\ asks my daughter how she thinks she did on the test and they chat a bit. He then tells us that she may have ADHD but they need to do more testing. He then asks her how school's going and she say's she's nervous about finals. Then Dr. Kurlan asks the 12 year old \Do you want some help?\ She was confused and I asked him what he meant. He told me, \We can help her with medication\. I was appalled that a so called doctor would ask a 12 year old if she wanted medication. This guy sounded like a drug dealer hanging out at the schoolyard. This place is right inline with pain management clinics that just write prescriptions. I am going to file a complaint withe AMA with the hopes to shut this place down. Stay away from this place.
