I have been here once and thought I was going to get relief with a medication I have been waiting to get since December. Thank god I'm not a stroke patient or have a severe neurological issue because when I call for Dr. Ferley the line rings for over 10 minutes on my most recent call to the office which was at least my FIFTH call in a month with NO answer or response or call back when I left a message with staff who finally picked up when I pressed the option for doctor's office line. Still, NO call back. I work in health care and its totally unacceptable to ignore patients

This is such a warm and welcoming office. Everyone I have dealt with there has been very pleasant and accommodating. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lynch! She has been amazing!

If you are in pain every day like I am do not have your doctor send a referral here. After weeks of waiting and calling them twice my doctor finally changed my referral to a different office. Both times I called, I left messages to call me back to at least confirm that they received my doctors request to set up an appointment for me. Never heard from them. They clearly don’t care.
