Absorption Systems Testimonial IT Acceleration has been working with Absorption for over 15 years. We first contacted IT Acceleration, where we needed a Forensic consultant to assist us in dealing with a legal matter. From those meetings, it was clear that they were a very competent IT resource, and we expanded our relationship. IT Acceleration assisted us with the initial installation of a mission-critical document management system. They consulted in cleaning up our environment and led the project to install the system and get it operational. From that initial engagement, we have used IT Acceleration in many IT roles and projects, including all infrastructure installation and updates, consulting on improving IT-related business practice, and eventually became our OutSource provider for ALL IT work. Most recently, IT Acceleration has been integral in our compliance initiatives working closely with our Quality Control group to create details SOPs for IT operations as it pertains to our Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). They have also have participated in the creation of much of the documentation that is required by GMP practices, including Change Controls, Computer System Documentation, and Computer system validations.
