Very Nice Vehicles to choose from and well Stocked
Took my used car there for factory recalls. Never had a coolant loss. Picked car up . Low coolant light on. Took it back to dealership it was two quarts low. Had them check serpentine pulleys they said no problems found. Serpentine belt broke 5 miles from dealership. Called service dept. They said pretty much tthat they would not take care of it. They delibesrately messed with my car. So i go to other mechanics in town and they said it is called the stealership. BEWARE.
Jerry, my salesperson, was very unresponsive and rude. He made no attempt to help me with my purchase. I will follow up with another dealer.
Great selection of Vehicles and Friendly Service
Chad Barrett was my sales person, he had the Cayenne ready to go upon my arrival. This was my first Porsche buying experience although, I have previously purchased three Mercedes from the Hill family dealership. Their price was fair with no heavy pressure trying to sell me the car. I would, no, actually have already recommended the dealership and Chad to a friend that is looking for a car for her teenager. Kingsport is certainly lucky to have such a great dealership in town. Finally this is one of the few dealerships that doesn't add gross profit to the deal by way of the document processing fee saving you money instantly, not only on purchase price but taxes as well!
5 stars isnt enough, this is truly a 10 star service department. We were greeted when we brought our vehicle in to be serviced, gave us a loaner to use while they service ours. Everyone is truly a professional. I also had some other issues I wanted them to check, this was done and and all issues were corrected and done in a timely manner. Every employee that we had the privilege to deal with at Rick Hill Imports is an asset to the dealership. This is the only service department that will service our Porsche and BMW.
Jeff and the associates in the service department go above and beyond to allow the customer to have a great experience. I am always pleased when I bring my vehicle in for service.
