I didn't purchase/ service a car here so I would recommend reading the other reviews for that. But I personally had a good experience. I called to get the radio code for my Porsche and Stephen Taylor was very helpful in getting it for me. I appreciate that they helped me even though they didn't make any money for it, which is more than I can say for other Porsche dealers that I called about the same issue.

After a less than pleasant experience at another Porsche dealership just north of Dallas we went to Park Place Porsche and immediately met Douglas Aaron. Douglas was fantastic to work with and very engaging in answering any questions we had. He was very respectful and responsive and made getting our first Porsche an enjoyable experience. We have always had great experiences with Park Place dealerships, but our experience with Douglas has been the best of them all. Highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned Porsche!

Worst Customer Service Ever! If I could give them 0 stars I would. After purchasing of a 2020 Porsche Cayenne more than 2 months ago, we still have not received payment for the trade in. We were initially told they need a document from DMV which might take up to 2 weeks. We have been following up regularly with no avail. In addition, they completely lost the paperwork for financing. We know we are scheduled to make our monthly payments, but no one would send us a statement so we can send a payment. Come on here, we are trying to pay you. But the finance department especially Jason Daniel is borderline rude and always has an excuse. Lastly our permanent plate has not arrived and we have to drive with an expired temporary plate. We also asked them to return our vehicle since they are not paying us. We tried to raise this issue to the General Manager and till date have not received a call back. This is a business vehicle and we bought many luxury vehicles from other dealers. This has been the worst experience ever. They just don’t care. There are other Porsche dealerships not under Park Place ownership and we already moved our business to one of them. STAY AWAY!

I've never had any trouble with my Park Place Porsche and every time I take it in for routine maintenance, Paul always takes great care of me. In and out in no time. Strongly recommend.

My service writer was polite. When I received my 2010 911 turbo after the service was complete, I failed to walk around my car. The valet that brought my car around stopped at the garage door, got out of the car, looked around, then aggressively slammed back down in the seat. About 30 minutes after I got home I went back out to my car and saw the scratch on the right rear bumper, the scuff on the seat, and the fuzz from the detail rag. The service manager showed me some low resolution videos and stated the scratch was not there when I drove off. This dealership does not take care of pristine cars. Something has changed in the past two years. It used to be very meticulous with my Porsche. I will not return.
