We hired Ken to repair our termite damage to our facia and shiplap on the roof. From the get go he tells you right away what you’re looking at, the damage and typically how long it’ll take. He doesn’t sugar coat and explains all questions. Ken Jr and his team did a wonderful job, very professional, and again answer all questions and explain what’s going on. My experience KLC Construction was exceptional. I had my home re-roofed and it looks amazing. They took the time to lay down tarps and plywood all around the property so during the removal of the old roof the asphalt shingles wouldn’t leave marks on my driveway-air conditioner and back yard pavers. They were in constant communication with me threw every step of the way from permits to the install. Thank you Ken we can not wait to use you for future projects!
