Upon listing my 2017 Chaparral on line, I was contacted by Ernie and Stephanie Eller with Knot 10. I took their contact information but was not quite ready to list with them. After a couple of months haggling and negotiating with a couple of potential buyers that continued to fall through, I decided to use the contact information that was given to me and reach out to Stephanie. As soon as I reached out to Stephanie she completely walked me through the process of how Knot 10 operates. It was a completely seamless, no nonsense, very simple process. Within 24 hours Ernie and Stephanie had in my boat sold. The process was the easiest sales transaction I have ever been involved with. From bringing the potential buyer to the boat to the paperwork to the transferring the funds to my account it was so easy! It’s always nice to work with people that help make life more simple but also to feel like you are dealing with genuinely friendly awesome people. I highly recommend reaching out to this corporation in general as everyone I don’t worth even in the corporate office was very good to work with.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the A job in selling our boat. It is the details that matter, and Knot10 surpassed our expectations with that regard. Most brokerages sign on your listing and you'll hear nothing for the next 6 months. With Knot10, our broker Spencer showed up on time to see our boat for the first time, gave us recommendations on minor repairs that would make a difference in selling the boat, and the fact that he answered his phone along with all of our questions was a sign of good things to come. Marc took amazing pictures of our boat using drone technology and even we were in awe looking at the listing pictures. In addition to good beginnings, Marc made sure that we had weekly updates on listing hits and views, and Spencer contacted us regularly, with questions from potential buyers and when showings were scheduled.
