I really liked the staff, appointments moved along very timely. Dr. Emily is excellent. Veterinary assistant's very knowledgeable. First time appointment, I was very pleased with the care. I also feel that, with office visit ,vaccines, ear cleaner. That my medical visit bill was comparable to my vet in Minnesota. Thank you all, and Bear loved the treats.

My Best Friends Dead!!!! Quite possibly the worst Veterinary service,I have ever unfortunately been around. Called repeatedly for a appointment, never returned call. A month later and my best friend is dead. Still got to pay them 96.00 dollars to ship his body to Anchorage for Cremation. They never had his records right even through I gave them the records. Maybe, they didnt call back is because all they can do is vaccations, overpriced plus on the wrong schedule. (Iknow this because my pet had a rabies shot that was good for Three Years, repeatedly sent notices, even though he was good for another 2 Years) God help you if you have a pet on Kodiak, because the Vet. Service here won't be able to help!!!! You would not even believe how many Urns, and Paw prints they have behind the desk for pick up. SAD
