Update: 2/18/21 Once management got involved things got a bit easier. Did end up purchasing, however the salesperson I worked with was always adamant about going into the dealership. Also lied to me about fixing a broken windshield. So now I have a vehicle with a broken windshield. However management is pretty good. Hopefully one day the vehicle will be brought to 100 Attempted to purchase a vehicle through there offered at home purchasing department, got no response through it, however received harassing texts and phone calls attempting to force me into their store (hi pandemic); even though I had already disclaimed my scheduling issues and wants. Very much gave me feelings of uncaring about my well being and needs. I have all the messages saved if anyone wants to have a look.
