Been a loyal customer for 15 years, purchased multiple vehicles from them as well as using them for service for ALL my gm vehicles. Has an emergency with my wifes car where Onstar told her to leave the car as readings indicated a fire was possible. Had the car towed to Krystal, where the service manager Anthony told me he could not fit "1" more car into the service area. When told it was an emergency, he simply could not care and told me i could leave the car and get it back in 3 months. When I explained clearly that in 15 years this is the only time I asked for a little extra help and that Krystal Service was the only place I bring my vehicles, instead of thanking me, he TOLD me that I do it for convenience. In the past, even when the service was delayed much longer than promised by Krystal, I was accepting as this can happen. The blatant disregard for the current emergency, along with the carefree attitude to long time loyal customer has forced me to write this review and I will continue to inform anyone who will listen to avoid Krystal both here and the new dealership which they may or may not open on Flatbush Ave. In a time where relationships need to mean the most, Anthony, the service manager at Krystal Cadillac on Kings Highway, takes long standing clients to mean the very least.

Service adviser hung up and told me to find a different dealership, because i spelled out last name 3 times, apparently he has hearing problems or rag day for him! worst service ever!
Poor customers service.. rude service advisors... the worst Cadillac service department I have ever had to deal with... I have been a cadillac owner for the last 10 years and own a cadillac esv visiting the area for a funeral.
By far, the WORST customer service EVER!!! Don't even think about dealing with them!
Customer service is very rude, I would never go there to buy a pen. They need to go back to customer service training.
They rip me off with a high car payment, be careful it was less cheaper when I did my research somewhere else
