I came across this place because I needed another Rupes polisher in a pinch and couldn’t wait for one to be shipped luckily this place saved the day. Staff is very nice and helpful, and I went back today to try out some of their products and you cannot beat the prices! Seriously I left with 5 or 6 gallons of different products for 100. I’ll absolutely be back here anytime I need something in the future.

Alberto (and L&D) are unethical and definitively engage in shady activities. I would go so far as saying Alberto is a crook. I told him we would no longer need his services three weeks ago. The following week he didn't come. Last week, I saw him pull up while I was at my desk. He got out very quickly from his truck and began offloading 5 gallon containers of product and carrying them into the wash bay. By the time I got to his truck he was already in his truck starting to leave. I asked him why was he here? \to leave product\ he said. I told him he knew we weren't using him and that whatever he left he needed to pick up. I told him he knew we no longer used his company and that whatever he left he needed to take back. A total of 4 - 5's he offloaded into my garage plus a few other small items I made him take back. \Where is the invoice?\ I asked. \I was going to bring it back later\ he responded. I told him to never comeback.
I BEEN BUYING DETAILING PRODUCTS FROM DOMINIC SINCE 2004.AND NOT HAD ONE DISAPPOINTMENT ON OF HIS PRODUCTS. HIS STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL. EVERYONE IS SUPER FRIENDLY. L&D DISTRIBUTING HAS QUALITY PRODUCTS AND WILL CONTINUE BUY MY PRODUCTS FROM L&D DISTRIBUTING.
Terrible Salesman. Pushy and was kicked off the lot. I do detail service for a new car dealer. Hispanic salesman comes by and wants to talk about buying from them. I told that I was happy with who I use and not interested. He wanted to leave samples and I told him I didn't need any samples, it wasn't going to change my mind. I went to deliver a car and came back and there were two gallons of product sitting on my table. I threw the samples away since I wasn't interested and have told this company time and time again that I wasn't interested. They've come by probably 8 times in the last year. They won't take no for an answer. The salesman comes back the next day and insists \what did you like about the products I left?\ I told him I threw them away because I told him I wasn't interested. He became belligerent, yelling at me and telling me I owed him for those two gallons he left. I explained yet again that I told him no, that I didn't want samples, and that I wasn't paying him. He created such a stir throughout the dealership that the GM came out and told him to leave and never come back. Stay away and don't let them on your property! I think his name was Eduardo. New guy with an attitude
I work with a lot of car wash companies in the Dallas Fort Worth area. I have referred Luke as a great source to buy cleaning material. He has been super responsive and absolutely excellent on price. I would highly recommend him.
