I always thought a warranty meant that if that part failed it would be replaced for free. When the transmission on my Civic went out and it was under warranty, Honda replaced it for free. While I appreciated it, I didn't really think it was anything special, I bought a car from them, paid good money for it, it failed when it wasn't supposed to, they fixed it. That's how its supposed to work right? Well at F-M Lift Pro a warranty means, we will replace your broken part not say anything, but a few weeks later you will get a bill in the mail for almost 1,000 dollars. Then when you call us confused by this bill we will inform you of some fine print that we didn't disclose that gives us the right to do this. So we bit the bullet, paid the fee for the labor, and less than 30 hours of use later the part fails again. Call them up and they say to call someone else because they wont fix or replace the part for us anymore. This is a slimy shady place, even their sales rep that we bought the lift from is appalled at how we have been treated. Of course he wont do anything about it. Quite apparent that commission and billable hours are more important to this place than taking care of customers and continuing to garner repeat business. If your looking for a lift I'd look elsewhere, I know we wont give them a penny more of our business.

Buyer beware! We were taken advantage of by this company when they promised us a warranty on a starter and then overcharged us on the labor cost, billing over 800 for what should have been a 1 hour job. I watched our new mechanic remove and re-install the starter motor in less than 30min but FM Lift claims it was at least a 2 hour job and they had to bill us 4 hours because corporate would not budge. They absolutely took advantage of a new business and our inability to fight them on it, laughing all the way to the bank and conveniently \missing\ the wrecked flywheel which has now left our lift sitting dead in the warehouse. These guys absolutely DO NOT have your best interests in mind and will do whatever they can to take advantage of a situation for their own benefit. Find another dealer and save yourself the headache of a company that only cares about it's own bottom line and will mislead you for their own benefit as much as they can.
I purchased a forklift and an electric pallet lift from Casey. He was great helping me choose the right one for my bakery! I got the proper terrain tires and he walked me thru all the options available. Financing wasn't an issue they do the maintenance schedules on both. I just got a visit from the tech two days ago NO CHARGE! They updated the speed on my forklift did a software update on the electric pallet lift and adjusted some of the lighting and lazers I put in.
Great equipment, excellent prices, and a salesman named Casey Hunter who is not a salesman, he shares information and let's you decide from those options. I guess if you have the best you don't need to \sell\ them.
I have had nothing but great experiences with these folks. They are extremely helpful, very friendly and professional to the max. They do business the way it ought to be done.
