Our mom had prepaid and preplanned her service, but there were still several decisions for us to make. Everyone at Lady's, especially Kevin, were so helpful. He took our questions and emotions seriously and lead us through all the details. They showed professionalism, great care and respect, allowing us to honor our mom's wishes for a funeral during this Covid-19 period.

Everyone at this funeral home was wonderful. Alex Cruise made sure everything was taken care of in a very personal way. It was a hard time for us and they were so concerned and attentive to our needs and so sweet. Alex even called and checked on us a few weeks after my dads funeral. I highly recommend this funeral home and their services over any I've ever had to deal with. I want to thank Kevin and all those at Lady's Funeral Home for everything they had taken care of for me and my family during these tough couple of months. It has been hard losing both parents within a month of each other but it was truly a breath of fresh air with guidance and assistance from those at Lady's. You can never quite plan for a funeral, let alone know exactly where to start once the occasion arises but with the help of Kevin and his staff, we were able to put my parents to rest beside one another through a truly beautiful ceremony. Knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and respectful, the staff at Lady's made such a trying process run as smooth as possible I cannot thank all of them enough and I know my parents are proud, thankful, and grateful for them just as well. They were kind, courteous, patient, and there whenever a question had risen. I would not hesitate to recommend Lady's to anyone who is going to experience a funeral. Unfortunately I had two very special family members this year to pass away and Lady’s handled their arrangements! They took care of every need and made my family feel at ease during uncertain times!
