It has been years since I have been to Bonefish Grill, and my \welcome back\ to this eatery was AWESOME! (6-5-20) A lot of the GREAT VIBES at this eatery were DIRECTLY ATTRIBUTED TO THE WAITRESS ISIS!!! This LOVELY young lady made dining at this restaurant a very great experience for me (and my boyfriend). I am sure that management would be very pleased to know that Isis has great hospitality skills. She is observant: making her rounds and checking on her customers in a timely manner, as well as, being accommodating to making sure the meal is as expected/to our liking. I enjoyed my order of crab cakes and Lily's chicken. The steak dinner was very satisfying for my boyfriend, too. He asked for blue cheese, and our waitress informed him that she could actually take his order back and have the blue cheese kinda melted atop/onto the steak--that was really nice of her to make that suggestion! Isis is a stellar individual. Thank you Bonefish Grill for picking great individuals to be part of your staff!
The service was the best part about the visit next to the table bread. The fish and chips were really greasy. The ratio of fish to batter was way. The batter was really thick and gummy on the inside. The Cole slaw tasted like a old ready made bag from the grocery store. The seafood dip was decent but a bunch of the chips had the texture and taste of stale potatoe chips. My daughters mahi-mahi was so over cooked it was somewhere between tough and rubbery. 2 cappuccinos came out completely different. First one was good the second one was 80% foam with a huge dose of cinnamon on it. Overall not worth the price.
This was an absolutely amazing experience for us. We were a hot mess just out looking for outdoor dining and mimosas. KERRIE was AN ABSOLUTE GEM during our visit. She was so incredibly attentive to our needs and made sure that we felt comfortable at this space. She epitomizes the service vision of your organization ten-fold. We had my sister’s dog with us and we wanted to make sure that he didn’t get in the way. Kerri was as concerned about our dog as she was about us. We were the only table outside but you’d never know it. I’m visiting my sister for a minute. I live in Dallas and I’m ready to go to the Dallas Bonefish and let them know that this level of service is what I expected now. Thank you, Kerrie, for continuing your mission of making your guests happy. We love you so much and hope that you continue your mission.
Our server was so sweet. We were a party of 7. 5 of the 7 were children ages 9 and under. Her other table had about 8 adults. She was able to manage both tables without missing a beat. The food came in a timely manner and we never went without an offer to refill the beverages. Her sweet spirit and professionalism alone have the power to make customers return. Thank you for being our peace after the storm.
