So happy that this ferry reopened. It is very convenient for us and we use it often to go to Trader Joe's, our car dealership and appts at UVM. We can now go without having to quarantine so will use it even more often. Super friendly staff, efficient service, best views of all the Champlain ferries I think.

Awesome and smooth ride over to NY. So smooth that my motorcycle didn't even move while on the kickstand.
Cuts your road trip time and you get to relax a bit as you cross the narrowest point of Lake Champlain. Just under 11 for a car and driver and add a bit more if you have passengers. The ride is only about 20 min across and great views around. The ferry has clean washrooms as well. It's a RORO (roll-on, roll-off) type ferry so you just drive up and stay in your car the whole way. You can also walk on deck to stretch your legs while the ferry is underway. Nope, unfortunately, no sign of Champ when we crossed.
Our RV loaded easily on the ferry. It's a lovely picturesque ride across the lake.
