Justin was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond in helping me with my mower. It was definitely worth it to have my mower repaired as opposed to buying a new one. Highly recommend Justin and JMD. Great price and great service!!!

I called Justin after reading his reviews and because he was local. It took 8 days to service my lawn tractor, longer than promised. There weren't any special parts that required ordering, I just believe he took on to much work at the time. My battery was 4 years old, although I always disconnect it over the winter and place it on a battery charger. He installed a new battery, without contacting me, indicating the battery was almost dead. The basic charges for a complete service was nearly 60% more than what I ever paid in the 20 years I owned the mower. I would give his work a 4.0 but his charges and scheduling a 3.0. Overall, I give JMD a 3.5. With that said, I may give Justin a second chance the next time my mower needs service.
