Rob, Jared, and Tim worked for 6 hours and 40 minutes over two days to repair a furnace not even two years old! They were prompt, courteous and kept searching until they discovered the problem, ordered the parts and repaired it. The professionalism of Neffsville Plumbing is to be commended. The call when the professional was on the way within a half hour was very helpful. The servicemen explained what was happening throughout the process and made sure we understood the repair. Performed the work well and quick, by familiar technician and his apprentice very professionally. After the job was complete, they cleaned up and you wouldn’t even know they were here, except that the service is now working properly!!! They showed up as expected and performed the work safely with masks and social distancing as well. Very much appreciated!

I had Neffsville Plumbing And Heating come check out my heat pump on Saturday when I was out of town but the and Tech came out on Saturday and he could not get it running and then Monday morning they had the best tech Tim Murphy come out and he got it running. 30 minutes late he called me and said it’s been running for 30 minutes I said wow how did you do that. Then he said I have been doing this for a long time thank you Tim Murphy

Great service, quick scheduling. Called late in the day, stopped over, diagnosed, and was able to schedule large job the next day. Easy process, felt very comfortable with skill/diagnosis. Expensive repair but it would have been expensive regardless of where we went and i had high comfort level that they knew what they were doing. The technicians were thorough, personable, did great work.
