Update - Since Land and Sea Marine did such a good job replacing the seawall, we hired them to build new dock. Once again, they did a professional high quality job! We hired Land and Sea Marine to replace seawall which was old and in bad condition. There was a long lead time and unfortunately a storm hit before the seawall could get replaced and the water breached the property. This was nothing new to them and was assured all would be good once project was finished. Once work started, the crew worked hard each day. The crew was dedicated and some of them worked on weekends to keep the job on track. All questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. There were many obstacles and unforeseen situations that came up and all were addressed diligently. In the end the project was completed and the back yard looked good as new. The new seawall looks great and we are very happy with the results! Since the project was completed and final payment was made, Land and Sea has been very responsive to following up on filling any voids that have occurred (to be expected). I would definitely recommend this company as they are dedicated to doing quality work and making sure customers are satisfied during and after the project.

Dave and his team at Land & Sea Marine are fantastic! We have used them twice for dock, seawall, boathouse and lift. The work is absolutely top notch with incredible attention to detail. I haven't seen another dock builder that delivers this level of quality. All of the crews are professional, courteous and respectful. Dave and his team have gone above and beyond to make us happy, including site visits throughout to make sure everything was just right. I engaged Land and Sea Marine to install a new seawall and covered dock directly on the river. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the final product. All of their workers were polite, respectful, professional and eager to answer any questions we had. The site manager was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed all along the process. I have worked with numerous contractors over the years and excellent ones are a rare find. David Jacobs is indeed one of those rare contractors. The quality of his work is excellent, his workers stayed on the job until it was completed and the final price was what he quoted. I would recommend Land and Sea Marine to anyone without hesitation and be confident you will also be pleased you hired them.
We highly recommend Land and Sea Marine. David and Christiann were very professional from the estimating process to the seawall build, all the way through to the final permit sign-off by the county. Their site crew, lead by Mark, worked every weekday, full days until the project was complete. At the end of each day, the site was cleaned up. We really appreciated Mark’s attention to detail and the quality of workmanship from his crew. Two months after the job was completed, we had some soil settling around the seawall. Mark was back on-site within the week and tightened everything up. Thank you team Land and Sea Marine, we love our new seawall! Joe and Laina.
