I've worked here for about a month now. The employees are amazing and my boss is probably the most kind hearted and amazing people you will have work for you if you hire this company. Honestly i don't think any other boss would be as patient with on the job training as he has.

First of all I hired this company to survey the four corners on a 25’ x 100’ lot And they did not Pin in all four corners instead they put for little flags I told Rick the owner what they did he tell me he would fix it and come out and put pins in on the four corners and he never did so then I get a text message from him this morning stating that I got until today to pay balance of 500 if not he will place a lien on the property and I tried to explain to him that he did not finish what I hired him to do so he goes with no contract sign to the clerk of courts and files a lien..Which is very shocking that the clerk of courts would even consider doing lately with no proof of a signed contract .There is no absolutely no way to talk to Rick because he don’t want to be reasonable and understand that he did not Pin four corners.. by the way it don’t take a week and a half total to survey four corners on a very very small lot after numerous calls to the office and no return phone calls from rick himself. I should have known not to get involved with this company which only has four reviews total and three of them came from someone that works there shame on me I will leave an update to let customers know to think twice before they hire this company he will try to charge you over charge you very rude sarcastic not professional at all the only thing he has good in that office is his secretary Jessica ..All of this over 500 and all he has to do is Pin four corners..Go Figure

Best surveyor in Central Florida. If you want a true, accurate and correct survey, this is the company to hire! As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. So if you want to know with 100% certainty that your property lines are accurate and any dispute would be covered by the title insurance company, this is the company to hire.
