Do not use this company under any circumstance. They installed an hvac unit in my home through a general contractor so I did not directly hire them. The unit is less than two years old and has had multiple cooling and heating issues and recently caused two leaks this summer. I have called them several times over the past 2 days with no response. I had a more reputable company inspect the work and they said it looked unprofessional to them. Avoid landmark.

Does not register apprentices per DCA Ct as required by law. Regularly and matter of factly violates EPA regulations.
I contracted with Landmark Air Systems to install two new central ac systems on each floor of my house on Candlewood Lake last year. Tony came out and quoted the job. Crew came as expected and worked 12 hour days to get the systems done in one week like I requested. Everything worked well, good communication. Everyone I dealt with was professional. I recommended them to 2 friends who also used them, same result. I would recommend
