If I could give negative stars I would. Please heed my advice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Troy is completely unprofessional, rude, and has zero integrity. He is out to make a quick buck and do the very least work possible. I could post my long & detailed dealings with this company, but the most important thing you can take away from this is to never call this company for anything. You’d be better off calling your dentist to fix your problem. Troy will just take your money and laugh in your face when you have to call him again because the issue was never fixed. That’s even if he answers his phone.

Company is horrible scam scam scam. Stay far away. They left all parts and scrap metal in attic. System has broken down twice in 2 months due to horrible install. Do yourself a favor and stay away. The owner Troy is a true con artist.

Made an appointment for A/C service with Troy. No showed. I called to ask what happened. He forgot to write down we had an appointment and it wasn’t on his schedule. He apologized and so we made another appointment, he promised he put me down on his schedule this time. 2nd appointment came and went with another no-show and no call. No answer when I called. Obviously look elsewhere for reliable service.

Call Delta AC / Troy Burr if you want it done right. He has done work for me for several years ( I guess about 100 jobs) . He has never disappointed me, his work is perfect and his prices are fair. He takes pride in his work and is 100% about Customer Satisfaction. His work is done correctly and according to code. I know for a fact he cleans up the work area and places drop cloths on the floor in the work area and he hauls all the old equipment away. He is punctual and professional.
