G & R were ready to immediately help me in an emergency situation. Tim who performed the service was very courteous, respectful and professional. His truck was well equipped with the needed part so the repair was done on the spot. Janet who assisted me on the phone was personable and most helpful. I would recommend G & R - Gilberts, IL to everyone I know.

They came early in the morning. I don't recall if I ever got the man's name (the one who came) but he was overall courteous and immediately went to diagnose the issue with the heater. After all was said and done, I paid him. Though, I used a debit card, and I'm a bit concerned to have given the information of the debit card to the man to make the payment, as I had to read it out instead of what I thought they would have like a mobile transaction thing. Hopefully they didn't save it. But overall, pretty okay experience.

I highly recommend G & R as well as their technician Adam for their response to my heat going out. Prompt, courteous, professional, and informative are only four adjectives I would use to describe this company and their technician. Wonderful to have heat, again, especially when it is 1 degree F outside. Thank you!!!

Rob Tavolacci came out to look at a leaking hot water furnace. He was very honest and explained it was most likely due to the temperature setting on \scalding\ (we had no idea) and with the outside temperature below zero it may have caused pressure on the nozzle. He also explained a few other things that I had questions about. He was on time, patient, and honest which was most impressive! Great service!

Absolutely horrible business. If I can give them a no star rating I would. They did work on my home less than a year ago and when I called to try and schedule them to fix what they worked on it was like pulling teeth. Then they said if I wanted them to come out on Sunday it would be 350 just to see something they worked on less than a year ago. I was frustrated and upset and they called me back to cancel my service. Not only do they not honor my warranty , they will not service you if you are thinking of leaving a bad review or are not satisfied with them so far. How dare they ! You would think a business would want to rectify the issue and to change the perception of the bad service with a disgruntled customer. But no , they just canceled the appointment and decided to not honor a warranty and not assist me period. Unprofessional, unethical, and overpriced. Stay as far as way as possible. This is an updated review in response to this horrible company’s response. They are liars. Never happened. Wow this is hilarious! This keeps getting better! Ha! They had no choice but to make a lie up!!! I have never yelled at their people, nor have I ever been offered a refund. They came out once and I was ok with the work. This all happened because I had a few questions and they had to do warranty work which they didn’t want to honor. Just look at all the negative reviews, THESE PEOPLE DONT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. They’d rather sacrifice their business reputation over sending a tech to fix a warranties repair. Shame on you !
