They installed my entire Hvac system over a year ago. They were priced well and did the job quickly and efficiently. They guys were all really nice and easy to work with. I noticed that my ac didnt seem to be cooling like ot should on very hot days. Jenn Air came to look at it within 2 days of calling. The tech that came was friendly and got right to work. These guys know what they are doing and stand by their work. I would absolutely reccomend them and use them again.

Definitely use this company! Yesterday, I contracted to have Jen Air Inc. install a new, updated CAC unit in my attic (and outside) to replace a 19 yr old system that stopped working - during a very hot and humid summer on Long Island. I couldn't be happier! Billy, who came to give me an estimate, arrived when I expected him and fully explained everything to me. I received a written estimate the next day via email with 2 quotes for a higher and lesser SEER rating, and the cost was VERY reasonable, considering I was getting other quotes for 12,500 and up! This is with using existing ducts and electric wiring. Annmarie, the administrative person, who I spoke with on the phone, answered all my questions thoroughly and very friendly. The technicians showed up right on time and were exceptionally professional, courteous and respectful to me and my property. They finished under 4 hrs. and cleaned up like they were never there - except now I have a cool house! Will C., the main technician, explained how to use my new thermostat and went over the maintenance schedule. Could not be any nicer. Shout out to Ant, Eddy and Joe for working in the sweltering heat in my attic when all the other companies quoted me a higher price and said they wouldn't come until the fall when it's cooler - Thank You! Thank You!

We highly recommend Jen Air for your air conditioning needs. They installed a new central air unit in our attic in the brutal heat of the summer. They were prompt, professional, and their prices were great! We will be using them again to install a new downstairs unit when the time comes. Thank you to the entire Jen Air team!

Excellent service. The gentleman who showed up was polite prompt respectful of me and my family. He showed us how to take care of our air conditioners and what was wrong with them and also what we might need to change in the future. I would definitely go with them again if needed.
