If I could give no stars, I would. Promise the moon, deliver a hole in our 6,000 unit when installing and haven’t fixed it yet. Would NEVER recommend them.

Update: The owner did get back to me to find a solution, I am changing my review to 3 star. Horrible business practice, he installed a central ac and split unit for us a few years ago. But the system has a leak ever since, he has to come every year to recharge. This year, he basically never answer my phone call and never want to fix my problem. Now I have to spend \u003e1000 to fix with someone else. Should avoid him as much as possible. Will go to Homedepot next time, the contractors are bonded to a big company at least
