Outstanding Cardiac Care... at all levels Doctor Young Park is a Rock Star !

Was given a 24 hr heart monitor, returned it for review. Called 1 week later to get results, was told to try back in a few days as results weren't in yet. Called 7 days later, 2 weeks after returning holter monitor, receptionist said she couldn't find my results and would call back. Never called back. I called again, same receptionist said she would talk to nurse and call back, never did. I called for the 4th time and left message with office manager, she never returned my call. Meanwhile, my heart palpations are still happening with zero feedback. I will be calling my referring doctor to advice them of this practice and their lack of professionalism. I will not be paying the bill and will hope that my doctor finds a different cardiologist to refer patients to.
