I had a great experience with this store. I went in early in the morning to get a couple pictures turned into a couple of canvases. They were able to get it done the same day and I am beyond happy at the way they look. Thank you guys for doing what you do and keeping safe while this crazy pandemic continues.

I shipped (and paid to insure it) a package in late July / early August. It was destroyed in shipping. The heavy duty moving box was completely undamaged. Obviously dropped in shipping. I filed a claim the first week of August. The owner claimed he had no control over UPS claims. We have provided at least a dozen photos of the box, the damaged item, and the shipping data to UPS claims. Everyone at UPS we send more pics to agrees it is obvious the box was dropped. It is now early October and still no resolution. According to UPS they only provide my claim information to the store. I have been playing games with the store and UPS for over 2 months. The owner has yet to return my calls. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will not ship through them ever again — what’s the purpose of insurance if they won’t reimburse you for an item that was so obviously mishandled. If I could give them a zero, I would. Definitely not a satisfied customer.
I’ll never be back but make sure you demand a receipt at this place or you may get ripped off on big ticket returns. Wasn’t offered a receipt on an Amazon return by a young brunette female employee(never had issues anywhere else). Three weeks later still haven’t received credit for the item and Amazon says they never received the item from the store. Called the store, very unapologetic and said I am sol without a receipt. Scammers.
If you care about your bloodwork arriving as promised and/or your insurance being honored when it doesn’t I suggest NOT using UPS.
I normally would give this store a 5 star rating but not tonight!! Very rude customer service by Marlena. Greeted at the door with “return?” And then very rudely “over here” No good evening or hello or how can I help you. I was confused about having to print out a label as I have never had to do that. The tone in her voice and the way she treated me made for the worst experience ever. Very short rude answers to every question I had. She obviously does not like her job very well. People like her should not work in customer service.
