We had a great experience when we bought our new car at Larson Mitsubishi. From the start, Alexandra was very helpful and had a car waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. She was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all our questions, without being pushy. Amanda found us the exact car we were looking for and worked the price a couple different ways to find us the best deal. She went out of her way to make sure we got every option we wanted. We found the car we wanted at a great price, but most of all, Alex and Amanda made the whole experience a lot of fun!

We purchased a car from Larson Mitsubishi on Sunday and I have not had a better car buying experience. Kristin Guy Is one of the most personable and entertaining salespeople we have ever dealt with. We also got some help from Sam (Sorry, didn't get your last name) who works with Kristin and I definitely would go back to either of them to buy a car. There was never any pressure and we were treated very well. Thank You Kristin and Sam for being great just to talk to as well as buy a car from.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Called asked about getting a key fob and I was told that they don't have it in stock and that they would order it and I should come in the following week and I asked if payment was necessary and was told no I can pay for the key fob and programming the same day. Well a week later on the day of the appointment I called to double check before driving over an hour to get there and was told they didn't order the part because I didn't pay in advanced the one thing I specifically asked to do! So no fob and nothing could be done not to mention they had my contact information why not call me and ask for payment in advanced????? Huge waste of time.

Bought a car a week ago from skirting Guy and love it. The manager was able to get me an excellent rate even with soso credit and Kristin had cars lined up and ready for us to test drive after finding them on the website. All in the process took about 3 hours and we were very happy with how simple it was and how nice every one was. Hands down the most painless experience ever buying a car bthank you!
