Yesterday, I went into Goldstein with a knot in my stomach. My 1998 Honda accord had transmission failure after I just paid to get it fixed for other issues days before. I have very low credit due to not having much credit history and student loans. I was very pleased by my sales person Jeff who treated me with respect. I have gone to other car dealerships where I was taken advantage of and told I could afford to pay more for a vehicle they quoted me for. Goldstein did not do any of this. They were honest, reliable and trustworthy. They respected what I was willing to pay and did not press or ask embarrassing questions. They were friendly and willing to answer as many questions as I asked. Everyone on the sales team that day were excellent. Larry worked with the banks to make the deal happen, Jeff helped make the buying experience amazing and the specialist there were very thorough with my car. They left no loose ends and I feel very comfortable and excited with my purchase! Thank you Goldstein.
Excellent service! From start to finish. I had recall and warranty work done on a Mitsubishi I bought used elsewhere. I was treated like a valued, long time customer. I will definitely consider my next purchase here. I won't hesitate to go for future service.
