So this is the current scam they are running just to get you in the door. I called the dealership before going just to make sure it was real and they told me it was. When I get there.. they have me fill out a form with all my info including my ssn. They run my credit and try to convince me to trade in my car for one of theirs. At least five times I asked about my supposed “prize”. The trick is your code on the mailer has to match theirs in the computer. Only one code is a winner but everyone there came in expecting to walk away with 1500. Total scam place... don’t waste your time with this place.

My husband bought a car here a few weeks ago. Danny was our sales person and he was amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy like a lot of car salesman are. He was helpful and made our experience amazing. We have had to deal with some other people in office. They all have great customer service skills and dealt with our situation with great ease. It has definitely been a great experience dealing with Mitsubishi. We would definitely recommend them. The outside seating is nice. Over all I rate Mitsubishi 5 stars
I didn't buy a vehicle but, accompanied a friend who did and they were very accommodating and super friendly. Got all the paperwork done super fast and got her in the car she wanted after changing her mind several times and had no problems. Gave her a great deal and did it all with a smile and stayed late to boot. 5 star service all the way. Thanks you guys for making my friend feel special. Home run!!!
Misleading! Spoke to their Internet sales rep and sent personal info to her expecting that she would be who we were dealing with when we went in. Even went so far as to say she would see us when we got there. Told us more than once that my wife was definitely approved. Once there we were informed that the lady we had been speaking with wasn't even at this location or in the Houston area. We were told that the application had to be filled out again and that it was simply to have a hard copy of what was already submitted and approved. They swore that the credit wouldn't be ran again. It was. We were left to wait for well over an hour after that and then the sales manager sent our lil sales guy out to tell us that we were approved for a specific car but that it had just sold to someone else so he was sorry. That is the most upsetting part for me. This young man seems very honest and respectful. He has no clue how much his employer is lying to their customers and having him do the same. We looked on the website before leaving only to find the car referenced before still listed with a marked down price! So our credit was ran multiple times. We were lied to over and over again and they are taking advantage of young adults employed by them.

My husband and I give them 5 stars all the way around.... Danny. the salesman was awesome! We went into buy a used expedition and we left same day with it. We would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them again.

Ms Jay is the girl to go too!!! Mr Willie just took over the new management. I walked in inquiring about a vehicle and Mr Willie said I got it Jay I’ll take care of her. I showed him the vehicle I liked and he said let me rinse it off for you! I’m the new manager we got different kinds of promotions going on, I know you’ll be able to get this car. His confidence level through the roof! He rinsed the car off and had me to seal the deal with Jay. They pulled all types of hats out the bag because Lord knows my situation was complicated and no matter what kind of difficulties I threw at them they were able to find a solution!!!! Basically I walked off the lot with the car I wanted!!! I don’t know how they did it but I’m happy and extremely grateful. Do business there guys!!!! Everyone was kind and absolutely patient!!! Thanks Ms Jay and Mr Willie!!!! It was nice doing business with you
