I would not come to this service center again. I just came for a basic service oil change and tire rotation. They took more and 2 and a half hours for that saying that they are short staffed. Employees did not care about our time. People coming in later than me were released earlier. Will not come to this service center again. I drove 35 min to come here but that’s the last time i guess.

I usually cringe going into a dealership for service, but it was painless and the seating, though ice cold, area was comfy.

Heritage Mitsubishi provided me excellent customer service. I needed a tire rotation and they provided me swift and professional service. Their establishment is very clean ,and theirbstaff is wearing masks and providing plenty of safely distanced seating for the guests who are waiting. I recommend Heritage Mitsubishi services highly.

I was not happy with the service I received it took forever to get an appointment. I was told that my air conditioning problem was under warranty and the service tech knew it was under warranty she said she still had my paperwork but when it was time to check out she tried to charge me for the warranty work. I had to question the charges. If she looked at my original paperwork the charges should have been correct. The service there is not like it used to be I am a repeat customer but I would have to rethink that when I buy another car.

What can I say the customer service there is excellent, I have a 2017 Mitsubishi and every time I come in she is always on point. There's no other place that I feel comfortable taking my car other then Heritage Mitsubishi. Because I know my car is in good hand
