All of the Laundromats in my neighborhood are currently closed and so I went ahead and for the first time in my life signed up for laundry delivery service through this company. They were scheduled to pick up the following day between 3:30pm and 5:30pm. No one arrived and no one called. I called the establishment at 6:30pm and a woman picked up stating that she would call the driver and call right back with a new ETA. 8:00pm comes and goes and I don’t hear anything. I call her back and at first she doesn’t pick up. I call again and she says she unable to reach the driver: “sorry, he’s probably busy driving. Not sure what to tell you.” They never showed up and I never received a follow up call to apologize or to reschedule. I am giving them 2 stars because at least they did pick up my calls. I understand these are challenging times and that essential businesses have a long list of customers but this does not excuse lack of communication. It’s okay to let your customers know that you cannot follow through with a transaction instead of leaving them hanging.

I used them twice. The first time all my clothes smelled amazing... and I used them a 2nd time, and nothing smelled like anything, and my towels were mildewy, its like they didn't use detergent at all the 2nd time. There also terrible with telling you what time there coming, and don't give you any update with an eta or anything they just show up randomly. They also matched my socks wrong, and then with all the unmatched socks they took one sock and completely stretched it out and tied it around all the other socks. And the 2nd time it was just a kid in a car picking it up, no van or anything. And! one of my blankets was still very wet.... I am going to look elsewhere for a more professional company.

This place is amazing. The whole staff is so attentive. They are all very friendly and sweet. You text, call, or book online super fast and easy. Sent several of my friends already. Packaging of the clothes is always neat and smells delicious. The easiest way to do laundry.
Really enjoy the services and reasonable pricing of this place! As someone who has an unusual work schedule and work 12 hr days, having them is such a great convenience! Very efficient with pickups and drop offs, awesome communication with Ivy and Daniel, clean and attentive with laundry instructions — what more can you ask for? I’m happy to come home and be ready for work knowing I have fresh clothes cos of them! Thank you so much!! Highly recommended!
