My fiancee and I flew from Monroe, Louisiania (stopping in 2 airports to get to St. Louis) during the peak of Covid19 to take delivery of my white 2020 Silverado1500 RST. I worked with Collin for the purchase and he secured the truck and made sure that it was outfitted with the custom lift, wheels and tires that I wanted. My experience at Laura dealership was great and so is the workmanship from their lift shop. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better truck. I will be shopping at Laura's dealerships in the future.

My fiance and I went into the Laura dealership with a couple of vehicles in mind that we wanted to look at and test drive. When we walked into the showroom, Blake Key greeted us and immediately started taking our information and grabbing keys. Within 10 minutes of walking in we were test driving our first vehicle. Once we made our decision a few days later he started the paperwork and walked us through each step. As first time car buyers this was super helpful. I absolutely love taking my vehicle to Laura Chevrolet to have it serviced. Kevin Tate is the service manager that I work with every single time I'm in there and he is amazing. He is always very informative he's very thorough very pleasant and he doesn't mess around. He explains everything to me in detail from start to finish and breaks it down to where I can understand it. I've never had a problem with this dealership. And believe me I've been there quite a few times over a car that I bought from a different car lot. but Kevin and his crew took excellent care of me and I absolutely adore them. I refused to bring my vehicle anywhere else for maintenance or service.
