I have to start off by saying without any hesitation I would recommend Mr. David Valdez Jr. to my family, friends, or anyone who could use his help. My husband and I were very vulnerable and extremely stressed with the situation we were in. We had no knowledge on how to address it. Mr. Valdez is amazing on what he does. He was very professional, he thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. Mr. Valdez communicated frequently to let us know how our case was going. My husband and I were very fortunate. Mr Valdez worked our case very quickly. I am beyond grateful to him and his team they resolved our case within a couple of months and thanks to them we won! If I could I would give more than just 5 stars!

What can I say? David Valdez is the BEST of the BEST!!!! I got screwed by a fraud dealer, who sold me a luxury vehicle w/ more problems than EVER once I drove off the lot. The dealer refused to take the vehicle back or fix the issues, so I notified Mr. Valdez Law Office to assist me with legal processing. He was sent from HEAVEN. I received a settlement offer in a timely manner. I wasn't satisfied with the offer, so he counter offered. I received the majority of my counter & I am very happy with the offer. I recommend Mr. Valdez to anyone that has been screwed by a shady car dealership. Thank you Mr. Valdez
We purchase a new 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. After only 1,000 miles it needed a new transmission, between 6 months to a year later another transmission.(3 tranny.) Not only dealing with the transmission problem I've been driving with no AIRBAGS (sensor replace 4 times). After all this you would think the Corp. WILL understand the frustration we're going through driving from LA to Ontario with two little ones (NOT FUN) The Corp. would buy back the car, but they were not willing to work with us, 4 years back and forth. Did not know we had a lemon car until we talked to a mechanic (Thank you Edwin) that provided Mr. Valdez info. Thanks to Mr.Valdez only 6 months. He was patient enough to explained this process (multiple times).Returning calls and emails in a timely matter. Very professorial and honest. He puts himself in your shoes and fights for what is right, making sure the dealer doesn't play games. Thanks to his many years of experience and knowledge we were successful.

David and his team was a pleasure to work with. I would and have recommended people to him. A shady dealer sold me a car and stuck me with the bill (they owned the mechanic shop).
