About a year and half ago, my legal battle began. I shopped for attorneys and most quoted me between 20,000-30,000 to resolve the matter, with about a 75% chance of success - if they failed, it could have easily have cost me 100,000. I hired someone who appeared to be very skilled - unfortunately, I quickly realized his primary skill was actually billing me for ridiculous things - for example, 1,200 for a phone call to a lawyers help line (apparently it’s a real thing!), so he could get advice on how to proceed with my case! Needless to say, after receiving that invoice, (I had already paid several thousand dollars before this), I knew it was time to find new legal counsel. I did not realize how difficult it would be to hire someone mid-case, and on short notice due to the looming deadlines. I became frantic. I called literally 50 attorneys and each quote seemed more insane than the last. Most wanted several thousand as a retainer, and anticipated tens of thousands in total billing. Then I called Michele. Within literally five minutes of the start of my call, she suggested we cut through all the legal bs and try to settle. I agreed and in literally two phone calls she was able to settle the entire case. Her entire billing for the settlement was less than 10% of some of the retainers others wanted - and the entire settlement, including her cost, was a tiny fraction of my projected legal expenses alone, even if I were to “win”. What an absolutely unbelievable outcome. Michele, thank you!!! I hope I never have to use your services again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call.

Ms. Finizio provided outstanding services when representing me for a traffic ticket. To give context, I am an out of state driver who was in an unfamiliar area following a GPS and received a traffic ticket. This was my first traffic ticket. I searched online for a lawyer to help with the ticket and received consultations with a few lawyers. Most lawyers wanted to charge exorbitant fees. I saw the glowing reviews for Ms. FInizio. She was extremely reasonable in cost, charging half the fees of other lawyers, and knew the law well. She discussed options that the other lawyers had not presented. These options were better for me, but did not involve more work on her part. Other lawyers said that I would have to pay a set amount of fees that were non-negotiable, but her understanding of the law saved me from those set fees. She was amazing and was able to provide legal service that was beyond what all the other lawyers said was feasible. I do not know how I could ever fully thank her, but I knew a review was the least I could do to repay her excellent representation. I never write reviews, but Ms. Finizio not only delivered the results she promised, but also exceeded my expectations. If you’re thinking of retaining Ms. Finzio, I would highly recommend her services.
Michele is absolutely AMAZING and I appreciate her! She’s very professional, precise, prompt, straight to the point and is HIGHLY recommended! She will always be my go to if ever needed again!!
First, I would like to thank Michele for getting me out of the mess I was in. If it wasn't for her, I would have still been without a license or even back to the way I once was with a little bit more freedom. Living in Florida and having to take care of a matter from Jersey was hard enough but thanks to Ms. Finizio the matter was handled accurately, on point, in a caring manner, and highly professional. I will definitely refer her to any one of my friends or family if they should ever should need future help in New Jersey.
