I absolutely love everyone at Lebanon Center and wish I could stay longer but it will be nice to go home. I want to come back and visit and volunteer to visit with folks with no family visitors as well as to see friends I’ve made and the wonderful staff. I received the greatest therapy and love the grilled cheese sandwiches the kitchen provided. The only complaint I have is with housekeeping.

I have been a Resident at Lebanon Center since August and today I am finally able to go home with my family. Most all of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The therapy department was excellent, one of the best. I thought it wasn’t possible to return home but the staff encouraged me and helped motivate me and thankfully so. I am happy with how far I have come and being able to return home just in time for the holidays!

I would give Lebanon Center a five star I have no complaints. My grandson came today and couldn’t believe I am walking again. Everyone has been wonderful. I am very much looking forward to the end of summer BBQ they are putting on tomorrow for all of their Resident’s, families, friends and the community. I have made many friends here but the time has come for me to return home. Thank you to everyone who has made that possible.

I really liked the nurses and some of the aids were so lovely and sweet. There were a couple who weren’t as helpful. I would give therapy a 5 star rating. I asked for yogurt but I couldn’t tolerate blueberry so having options would have better. I enjoyed going to the dining room for my meals and seeing the displayed choices. I would rate the salads my waitresses made for me a 10. I would come back if I needed services were needed and I would refer others to Lebanon Center.

If you are in search of a place for a family member that provides exceptional quality care you have just found it! The management team here truly cares about all their residents and goes above and beyond to ensure the staff members have the support and guidance to provide quality care. All the staff members are happy with positive attitudes and really come together to care for the residents! I've worked at over 20 various facilities throughout my career and this facility is #1. #outstandingcare #loveworkinghere #wonderfulatmosphere #nothingbutAcare!
