Was disappointed with a restaurant that has been around for that long. The food was not bad, but not outstanding either. My wife and I were greeted with an unpleasant smell as we walked in that continued until we left. The servers were very friendly and helpful when we asked for something, but they were a little slow. As for the food, my wife and I both had the classic fried chicken, salad and one side. The chicken was good, but it could use a little more seasoning in the batter. It was not greasy, and the chicken was juicy, just needed a little something to make it stand out. The salad was fresh, but was definitely just a handful of salad mix that was bought at the local box store. Could have added some tomatoes, croutons, and shredded cheese to make it look like you tried. Was blown away when we received the bill. My wife and I both had one drink with dinner. And her drink and my drink were both a tall double shot of alcohol in soda. Had I known they were going to charge us 15 per drink I would have not done that. That was the most expensive drink I've had in a very long time!!! I was at another restaurant the night before, and the same drink was only 8! Two meals and two drinks should not have cost me 55!!!

I came first time today. I ordered 9pcs fried ck and mashed potatoes. Their fried chickens are wonderful, the best fried ck in the town. Very nice and warm place, all people work here very nice and friendly. We Absolutely come back and will try all their menu
Good food. Had the fish all you can eat. Margaritas 5 very tasty. Nice waitress

Great chicken and entertainment. Great place to come once and awhile. Friday and Saturday they have live entertainment.
Chicken and fries tasted like fish. Not going to complain about how long it took to get food, or people seated after us eating before us. So when I go to pay for the not eaten food, the man at the cashier (perhaps owner) points at me and asks my waiter as he walks out of the kitchen "what does he want?" (Attitude). I proceed to tell him I want to pay the check (check in my hand). Thats when my waiter tells me that he was told the cook who just quit as we were there or some point of that day cooked his own fish in the grease. Not a surprise to me as I mentioned it was cooked in fish grease all ready. How does the owner sit there and hear that and not try and compensate? I would of rather had chicken without fish grease then a discount but damn I got neither. I rather pay in full and drop this right here. On to Facebook next.
Been a while since we have been here.....thankfully everything was as remembered......great food and service.
My first time ever in this restaurant and I loved it. It felt like home from the time I entered, til the time I left. The waiter made us feel as if we were family. Thank you!
