Did not have a very good experience. I felt like I was being pre-judge by the multiple questions Mr.Ronnie was asking before allowing me to view the homes. He asked did I have a appointment I said “no I didn’t know I had to have one.”He was like well it’s on the door. I said “sorry I didn’t see it, it’s it a problem can I still view the homes?” He said it wasn’t a problem then asked what was I looking for so I told 3-4 bedroom. He said some of my houses cost up to 170,000 I said “ok can I still look?” He was like yes but I’m trying to figure out what’s your budget. I said “sir money is not a issue for me I just would like to view the homes.” He said “well money is a issue” I told him “money is not a issue, maybe for you it is but not for me.” At this point I’m very annoyed. Needless to say I did view the homes and did not see anything worth 170,000 or even close to it. This is a short version of all the questions he asked me. I have never had this type of experience at any other mobile home place in my life. I’m looking to purchase my second mobile home by the way.

My mom bought a mobile home from them and as soon as she bought she started having issues. The roof leaked, the back door leaked, and the sink in the kitchen and bathroom leaked. They refused to do anything about it. I feel like they completely took advantage of her, my dad had just passed and I live out of town so she didn’t have anyone to back her up. The insurance she has said it was wear and tear. Even though she had the home less than a few months when the problems started. Clayton homes, you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Awesome staff, everyone was very friendly, and they have absolutely GORGEOUS homes. Highly recommend this place. Very professional.
You have screwed my 75 year old Mother for six months she had to have plumbing and sewer hooked up because you would not do it after she paid cash for everything and now your trying to make her take furniture that she bought six months ago and had to buy more because you sold hers,and she has been calling you all day and you won’t even return her call (Nothing but crooks)
