Unable to have an experience so far... and who knows if we ever will at this place. My elderly mother has been suffering for weeks in pain and needs this place to do a colonoscopy on her before she can have surgery, but they never called to schedule the test as we were told, and when I called on her behalf a dismissive scheduler answered the call, and transferred me over to the another scheduler... At that point I waited, waited, and waited for 15 mins on the line and nothing.... My mother has been waiting on Granite Peaks for more than 3 weeks... unbelievable!
