Eric Goodwine (service advisor), is courteous, proficient, and professional. Eric is an asset to Vinart, and could be “tapped “ for his integrity and transparency in dealing with clientele. My service experience followed a less than pleasant experience with Acura Roadside Assistance. Eric actually placed me at ease.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I took my car for diagnostics and dealt with Tom. I told him that I was going to be going to work, and that he needed to contact the other phone number on my account when my car was ready. About an hour later I got a call from the dealership, and I had to step out of work to take it. They were just calling to let me know that the noise in my car that I was hearing was nothing at all, just a few leaves that pressed up against something and it was rattling. Tom then proceeded to list off over 600 worth of services that “I needed done”. After politely declining, I asked for my total. It was around 40. Fast forward about 2 hours and I get a call from the dealership, yet again. After answering, I asked them to please stop calling my number and to get ahold of the other contact on my account. Tom apologized, and then let me know that my car was done, and my total was about 600. He blatantly disregarded what I had told him earlier, about both not calling me and not servicing anything on my car. When confronted, Tom proceeded call me a liar and tell me that I was wrong and that I gave him the okay to do it. He was extremely obnoxious and rude. I’m very disappointed with my experience, and I will never be returning to Lehigh Valley Hyundai. *UPDATED* After dealing with Gary Lee directly, the issues have been resolved. He was very accommodating and understanding.

Fast, friendly and very professional. While my vechile was being serviced I enjoyed a cup of tea. The process was not rushed and all staff members were very cuteous.
