I've been trying to find the right words to express how amazing this funeral home is but all I can do is give all the readers a little back story. I am 28 years old and went through something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy! I lost my daughter at 40 weeks and 3 days gestation and the last thing I ever imagined I'd be doing is planning her cremation. I can't even begin to express the gratitude my family has for Trey and his family! They treated my daughter as if she was one of their own and I honestly couldn't of asked for a better funeral home to take care of our baby girl! I HIGHLY recommend this funeral home for any of your tough needs because they surely made it as easy as possible for us! We can't thank you enough for treating us as family and making this process go as smoothly as possible!

Very disappointed with the way my Mom has been run around with this facility. We lost my uncle a couple of weeks ago, she is partially disabled, doesn't drive, and has had issue after issue just getting an urn with his remains. I drove two hours to take her down to the funeral home so we could finalize everything just to find out because of all the miscommunication she has to find a way back yet again to still handle things because of organizational issues. If there is a better explanation or accomodation from the team to assist her I will gladly change my review but for now I am very disappointed with how she was handled in what is an extremely difficult time. Please, please,please connect departments better and follow through on agreed arrangements.
