Leson Chevrolet is not the upstanding dealership that it used to be. My biggest complaint is with \the owner's son.\ I don't know his name since he didn't introduce himself when he walked into the salesman's office, the salesman informed us that he was \the owner's son\. He asked us to name a price (for a vehicle with a largely cracked windshield that they originally said they wouldn't replace). We named a price and he abruptly left the room without a word. The salesman went to talk to him and came back with a print out that had THE SAME listed price on it. He didn't reduce the price at all but changed his mind about replacing the windshield. We shouldn't had to negotiate the price of a vehicle that needed an obvious repair to even make it street legal. We left and purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Leson Chevrolet used to be one of the best dealerships on the Westbank. I don't know what happened over the years but now I don't consider them to be a reputable business anymore. I'll never go back. Very disappointing.

I was nervous about buying a new car. My car broke down about halfway down the Causway. It was terrifying and I was not looking forward to getting a new one but I needed to. I had a very small budget and found I was pressured into buying more than I could afford at other dealers. Kione, Kayla, Tiger, and Joe made my experience at Leson Chevrolet great! They *figuratively* held my hand through the whole process, even though I was a \small fry\ buying a small car. :) Kione talked me through things on the phone and set up an appointment for me. When I got there, Tiger jumped at the opportunity to help me, I was so grateful. Joe walked me through all the financial stuff that I was really worried would be tedious. It wasn't tedious and I feel totally taken care of as far as the finance side of thing goes. They helped make the process fun and memorable, for all the right reasons and I love my new little Chevy Spark!!! Thanks, Leson Chevrolet, you and all your people rock!

The entire process from searching online to walking through the doors at Leson Chevrolet was exceptional!!!
