My experience was absolutely fantastic. I came in for one specific vehicle and walked out with that exact vehicle. I haven't had a car payment in over 5 years but they made me feel completely comfortable in the entire process. I also couldn't be happier in my Ram. My kids love it and so does my boyfriend. It has literally became our new family vehicle. I would recommend Lewis Ford of Dodge City 100's of times over for anyone looking for a new car.

Just hit town for work and my high speed fan started staying on. So I called them and they actually told me they couldn’t do it due to lack of techs. I asked for an alternate mechanic in the area and they couldn’t think of anyone. Asked when they might be able to get a spot open and they said they were backed up. Poor Customer relations and don’t care attitude. It’s sad but normal in today’s world.

Customer service was SUPER. Loved that the car we were interested in had 24 pics for me to truly look over the car before we ever arrived. We drove 2 hours to look at the car so we called ahead and filled out credit app online. We arrived and the car was showroom ready and the salesman were super accommodating. We walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra.
