Good dentists
I used this place a lot for my kids to get the service. Most of the team in this place are very helpful and friendly except one. The business shouldn’t sent out to explain medical terms to patients without a knowledge of yourself about the medical terminology or usage and benefits and/ or side effects. My daughter and I were waiting in the car until someone come to speak to us. The person who’s name is Karen comes to make us sign some paperwork. She told us you have to use laughing gas otherwise you don’t get a service. Ask her my understanding about laughing gas in chemistry has different purpose but I don’t know what it does for this purpose. It’s always good to have better understanding for explanations than being rude. Finally I asked someone else. Dr. Brown comes with courtesy and full explanation about the medical usage of laughing gas for this purpose. Thank you for that but we the customers don’t need someone seated there treats you unprofessional! Because you are there because of us and better to take anger management classes and customer service training courses and how to be professionalism! Please use this comment for improvement
We have been coming to see Dr Andre for about 12 years. Today I was with Karen who we see every time we come and she's amazing! We always have great conversations and she's very good with the kids. I recommend this place to everyone I know. We love it here!
Scheduling problems. It's the second time it has happened to me. We show up for the appointment (3 kids) and they say that they changed it, and asked haven't you received a call from us. They never called, emailed to cancel or change the appointment. Keep in mind that is for 3 kids and I take them out of school early to take them to their scheduled appointment that was made 6 month prior to the date. I also have to take a few hours off work. I would recommend for you guys to get your s*** together and make sure you call and cancel the appointments and reschedule them. Poor customer service on communication. You might need to change front desk staff. The only reason I continue to go is because of Dr. Quinn.
