I've been using UPS stores in general for 20 years and visiting this particular store for several years. The staff are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I've used their printing services, their packing services and their shipping many, many times. I've seen them go out of their way to make sure customers don't make mistakes. In my opinion, they're pretty incredible. I wish I had half their patience!

I LOVE This UPS Store. The owners name is Ayon Walters and it’s a black owned business where the customer service is phenomenal. Personally you don’t need to ever set foot in the post office ever again. Bring your mail, Amazon returns etc. They do it all with a smile, exceed your expectation. They have a wonderful attitude and if you don’t have tape, boxes etc no worries they will and can handle it WITHOUT AN ATTITUDE. I won’t be frequenting the post office ever again!!!
Well overall I had ok experience with this place but lately something happened that was crazy. I dropped off a package last month without getting a receipt. It was lot of rush thats why I didn't care to get a receipt. Today I found out that the package was lost. It was an Amazon order and worth 425. I sold something on Amazon and my customer contacted me to issue a refund because the product is not delivered even after a month. Long story short don't drop off anytime without a receipt. I learned it the hard way. This location apparently lost my package and I couldn't do much because I didn't get a receipt.
I've been using this UPS store for almost 2 years. Phillip has always been extremely professional and helpful! Actually, all employees here I have dealt with have been very helpful and friendly! I have used this location for printing jobs for my work, as well as my own shipping/printing/fax. Their communication is always also very good. THANK YOU for all of your hard work!
Don't go here if you want a missing package. Very unorganized and got some my packages mixed up. Little high schoolers work here. I don't trust this UPS.
