So disappointed. I bought my Aviator less than one year ago. The Sales Team was great but clearly made promises that the Service Department can NOT live up to. At the time of purchase, I was told that any time my vehicle needed to be serviced, that it would be picked up and I would be provided a loaner. This is almost always not what happens. I've had two pretty serious issues with the vehicle since I purchased (mechanical error with driver seat and water leak in the roof). The Service Manager simply does NOT return phone calls. I was so excited about this product a year ago. I was encouraging my husband to purchase his new vehicle from the same dealership. Now, we can both agree that this is not a dealership that cares to have our future business.
